London-based management agency, consultancy and record label [COMMISSIONER] are looking for a developer to help build their website.
Starting over 8 years ago managing a single act with the aim of creating a family atmosphere that always puts the client first and developing people from the bottom.
It now takes care of 10 clients covering Artists, Producers, Songwriters, Presenters, Mix Engineers and all-round talented people, contributing to working with the biggest artists in the world.

Sleek and minimal homepage with logo (Possibly moving/rotating)
Hover over to access other pages (About us, Roster, Flight Mode, Links, Shop, Sign up page/Contact Form)
Hyperlinks to Instagram/Twitter/Spotify
Possibly have a playlist link/music playing (a la MySpace/ Tumblr)
Need it to be user-friendly but still impressive (No black background)

We need a turnaround asap: end of September.
The budget for this project is £1000-£2500, based on the developer's level of experience demonstrated in the application.
