Deliver
DOP needed for pop music video shoot in South England

[COMMISSIONER] are looking for a director of photography to create a music video for pop artist [ARTIST].

We already have a director and producer for the video. The director is young and making her debut and is a good friend of the artist. The job, to that extent, will require a certain amount of emotional intelligence.

We're planning 1-2 days filming in a location 1 hour south of London. The shoot will be mostly outdoors on private grounds that we have full access to.

No audio capture is required as a playback unit will be provided.

Video will feature artists and 2-3 dancers.

Looking to film on 28th-29th October.

Camera hire and a potential camera crew are included in the £750 budget. All other costs are covered outside this budget.

We would require camera hire for the shoot.

DOP will have to arrange additional camera crew if needed.

In line with We Direct Music Videos' guidelines, CC does not allow free pitching and applicants are not expected to submit any treatments at the pre-commission stage of the briefing process.

WDMV

This fairer process is designed to ensure that commissioners receive a sufficient amount of creative options to select from, while reducing the time directors spend pitching.

Therefore we limit the number of shortlisted directors invited to complete a treatment to a maximum of five.

Once you have applied to this brief, you will be notified after the application deadline whether you have been shortlisted to progress to the next phase.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a treatment, which typically consists of a written outline of the video concept and how it will be executed plus images and reference videos, submitted as a PDF.
