ARCH ANGEL

Depicting The Beaune Altarpiece, a painting by Rogier van der Weyden also known as 'The Last Judgement'. I dominated the canvas with Magenta tones, allowing room for the allegory of the story to come out in sweeter elements. My signature style can be witnessed here yet again as I blend pastel colours in and out, weaving the tapestry with a patchy painted effect of blues, pinks, greens, yellows and reds.
