I was commissioned by Provast developers to design this mural for the new Amstel Tower skyscraper in Amsterdam.  The client wanted a muted colour pallette to match the 1930s murals in the next-door train station (Amstel Station) and they wanted me to use these murals as inspiration for my own work.  I ended up creating a stylised landscape featuring Amstel Tower surrounded by contemporary and historical imagery exploring the history of Dutch travel and architecture.  The mural (and skyscraper) were unveiled in June 2018.
