Creative direction for CASSY by POST–

Reflecting on a long-standing house and techno career 'Donna' is the debut album from long time house and techno tastemaker, Cassy. Featuring 12 tracks, it marks an evolution in the UK artist’s sound and stands alone as a coherent long player made up of very real songs. We proposed a simple black and white portrait of the artist for the front of the release and commissioned Charles Roussel to shoot the artist in a relaxed setting and see what came out of the process. The result is a striking and honest representation of the artist at an important turning point in her career.
