Dick Lovett is one of the UK’s largest family-owned car dealership groups and we were tasked to totally redesign their company website from the ground up.
The design process was taken end to end by myself working closely with our development and marketing team whilst making sure every step of the way the concepts and ideas were in sync with the DL marketing & sales teams. This includes client discovery with key personnel at Porsche, Ferarri, Aston Martin, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mini and their specialist vehicle section.
Dick Lovett was using an off the shelf solution and came to us with nothing but a logo. Over 350 visuals were designed, refined and signed off in a 10-week design timeframe.
I produced high fidelity wireframes alongside simple prototypes to assist in conveying the vision we had for the site. These were also useful in the user testing stage to make sure what we were creating was best for the end-user.
Dick Lovett saw an increase of 234% in car enquires in the first 6 months of the site launching.
