The themes in mind for this seasonal Christmas window design were 'winter grotto' and 'treasure trove'.

Anchoring the design in nature to reflect the business's eco friendly values, I used waste-free foraged materials in the form of winter foliage, pine boughs, holly and berries. Rich fabrics and colours create a sense of warmth and decadence, with the most suitable products for gifting and the dinner table at the forefront.

I also utilised hampers and wine boxes to display collections or bundles. Light is the main feature, taking advantage of passing traffic in the early twilight hours, when a sense of warmth and winter sparkle combined with the offer of hot drinks making this business a popular late-afternoon spot locally.

This window deisgn is a good example of my ability in working without budget and using that which is available to me; the foraged materials were secured through a business partner happy to source and provide the items for publicity, and the products, various hampers, packaging and boxes, as well as furnishing used in the arrangement were hte property of the business, which I selected, arranged and used to fit an overall vision of what a Zero Waste Company Christmas has to offer.
