“I am always look for songs and projects that tell a story and inspire people to move and do something,” Director Carl Diebold says.

After spending his childhood and teen years developing a passion for moving pictures and movie-making, Carl plunged headlong into the world of professional video and film production. With a keen eye and a signature vision, he garnered critical accolades and has earned the opportunity to direct some of the music industry’s top entertainers including Gavin DeGraw, Switchfoot, Mandy Moore, and Skillet, just to name a few. In 2004, Carl further defined his focus by founding Sincera Films, a full service film production company specializing in commercial video projects that range from cutting-edge music videos to compelling electronic press kits (EPK’s) to epic live concert DVD’s to slick corporate training applications.

Through his success as a director, Carl has found a stable platform from which he is free to pursue his directorial passions. He continues to push boundaries and is always on the lookout for creative ways to present stories in meaningful ways.
