Hi, I’m Emma. A graphic designer based in Margate, UK.

My skills cover editorial, print, motion graphics, social media design and branding. I am able to effectively communicate with a variety of different audiences, work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure. My freelance clients include videographers, sports teams, commercial companies and creatives.

In August 2020, I started my own business alongside my freelance work selling gifts and homewares I design. My shop can be viewed here: https://shopselfmade.etsy.com.

Before that, I was employed by a multimedia company who are specialists in magazines, digital and events. I worked with the events team designing assets and ensuring their branding is consistent across all platforms. I also designed adverts and editorial for magazines.

I am currently studying a postgraduate course in Visual Communication. The course is centred around the concepts of Design, Society and Nature and is based at The Margate School, an independent not-for-profit postgraduate arts school based in the seaside town of Margate, UK.
