'It was a pleasure working with Luke to create high quality and engaging workshops for adults. Luke was able to bring the subject alive through using the collections, demonstrating his own excellent practice and by being a friendly, open and skilful workshop leader. The sessions taught a number of complex photographic techniques and approaches to beginners and experts alike and were delivered with patience and clarity.'
Alex Flowers, Team Leader, Digital Programmes, Learning and Interpretation, Victoria & Albert Museum

He has been a great mentor with a solid photographic knowledge that helped me a lot in my first steps and shaped my thinking as a photographer. A great person to talk to and be guided by in any technical or theoretical problem. An active photographer that knows what he is talking about from real life experiences.
Timis Stamatiadis, MSc, MA
'Along with his deep and broad knowledge of photography, Luke has the ideal characteristics to pass this expertise on. He is patient, humorous and thoughtful. I would recommend him as an excellent tutor whatever standard or age you are'
David Prosser, Head of Art, Edinburgh Academy
“I was fortunate enough to have Luke as my Graphic Design and Photography tutor during my Art and Design Access Course at South Essex College in 2012. During the course he went above and beyond to nurture and guide me toward creating a final piece which I was eventually awarded a Distinction equivalent for. Luke’s technical knowledge is second to none, and his ability to create emotional and thought provoking photography is something that in my experience most photographers have difficulty achieving. I’d love the opportunity to work with Luke again creatively, he’s a true inspiration.” Naomi Cain
