KUMBAYA

"Kumbaya" is the album title of london based, french-cameroonian artist A.N.G. A word deriving from his mother tongue "Duala" which means "Understand you are only human, so live and celebrate life". A word usually heard chanted during camp fire gathering, back in the villages. For this project the artist wanted an art cover that reflected the meaning around the word, but also how it is reflected in his life, as far as the gifts he has received so far which count as blessings he wants to celebrate; ie: his new born child., all of it without being extravagant or cliché
