Buzludzha is a multi-layered book that tells the story of the abandoned Soviet monument in the hills of Bulgaria. The book documents its life in three stages: its inception, its downfall, and its current decaying state.The book aims to reflect the changing state of the building. With each section, the typographic choices, the paper stock, and the relationship between these elements aim to reflect the building’s circumstance.
