Library of Water

Library of Water explores notions of our perception of reality, the nature of light, changing states of matter, the underlying structure of the landscape and our connection to the cosmos.

Library of Water was shot while on a year long artist's residency at HEIMA in Seyðisfjörður, Iceland. It was filmed at the Library of Water in West Iceland. The space contains columns of glacial water collected from glaciers around iceland. The room is host to a spectacular array of refractions and reflections which constantly warp as you move.
