Aji is a fashion photographer, social entrepreneur, designer, freelancer and Cambridge University Entrepreneurship Masters student. A former finance lawyer, Aji now acts as a legal consultant for start-ups. Aji was named as one of the UK's top eight future 'BAME' leaders by the government's APPG on ethnicity, nominated for the Diversity Legal Awards 'Rising Star - Entrepreneurship' Award and listed as one of the UK's top 100 'Creative Changemakers' by The Dots UK.

Aji is also the founder and creative director of an ethical clothing brand and fashion tech company MIA, the co-chair of a social enterprise named The Law Collective which has been responsible for helping hundreds of Black students secure jobs within the legal profession, a committee member of the British Nigeria Law Forum and co-head of their junior lawyers' division, a board member of London-based start-up community organisation 'YSYS', a key member of the Black British City Group and Arts & Culture Contributor to GUAP Magazine.
