We are Tom & Drew - a queer Director & DOP duo from NYC & North Wales.

Tom Chetwode-Barton an LGBTQIA+ focussed director who works across branded content, long-form narrative, and creative development. They also work as an LGBT consultant for media agencies & clients, advising on responsible and authentic queer representation in advertising.

Drew McCrary is a black queer DOP, based out of London, focused on telling authentic stories with inclusion and diversity at its forefront. Where the talent and crew members are POC and queer centered. Drew has shot narrative short films that have premiered at film festivals such as Underwire Film Festival and Vancouver International Film Festival and has shot social media campaign commercials for HBO and British Telecommunication.
