For the series 'True Colors' I used a combination of watercolour illustration and digital photography. The muted colours of the 'real world' photography juxtaposed with the vibrant explosions of the watercolours conveys an eyecatching visual effect. This series of portraits conveys the concept that the world of imagiation or creation can be more real than the world of physical appearances.
